Pricing

$7,500*

Premium Wedding with Flyin’ Lions Catering

  • Two days of exclusive access, Friday AND Saturday

  • 3 hours for Rehearsal & Decorating (Friday)

  • 13 hour rental on wedding day, 10:00am-11:00pm (reception ends by 10pm with load out/doors locked by 11pm) or 9:00am-10:00pm (reception ends by 9pm with load out/doors locked by 10pm)

  • 1 hour on campus for engagement or bridal portrait session before wedding day

  • Cocktail Hour Hors d’oeuvres, passed hors d’oeuvres by waitstaff

  • Reception fully catered with sit down, plated, and served meal & non-alcoholic beverages (please see menu for pricing options & details).

  • Full Serving Staff provided during cocktail hour & reception

  • Full place settings for reception included (charger, dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate, cloth dinner napkin, silverware, goblet)

  • Tables/Chairs included, along with setup & breakdown

  • Linens provided for all tables

  • Access to all decorations in Rafters inventory

  • Maximum of 200 guests

Onsite Venue Manager

A campus representative will be available for your full rental duration to help coordinate onsite venue logistics. The Venue Manager does not perform the duties of a professional event planner or wedding director. The Venue Manager is present to assist in the functions’ logistics, protect the campus buildings and grounds, and act as a liaison between renter’s vendors and venue staff. For your benefit, and in the interest of a smooth, successful day, we do require you hire a professional day of coordinator/wedding director.

A list of preferred & recommended vendors is available upon request. Vendors not listed on the preferred list are welcome with advanced approval.
